How to request a refund
It takes one email. Here’s all you do:
- Email hello@davidbryansmith.com within 30 days of your purchase.
- Include your order number so I can find the purchase quickly (it’s in your receipt email).
- That’s it — no questionnaire, no “why are you leaving” screens.
How the refund is handled
Once your request comes in, the refund is issued to your original payment method and typically lands within a few business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
Because these are digital products, access to the downloads and any related program materials may be revoked when a refund is processed. In plain terms: if it’s refunded, it’s returned.
