A note from David

I wrote this the second time from a different place

When the first edition came out, SAAFE was a framework I believed in. In the ten years since, I’ve lost both of my parents and learned what it’s like to rebuild from the ground up.

I’ve also spent that time in front of more than 30,000 people as a hypnotist — watching, up close, how the mind steadies itself when you give it the right small things to do. That’s what this book is: the smallest reliable moves that carry you through the hardest days.
