David Bryan Smith – America’s Gentleman Comedy Hypnotist and clinical hypnotherapist is hosting three free workshops on Jan 4th to help Georgians reach their new years resolutions. Hypnosis is the science of suggestion and many New Years resolutions are doomed before we even make them because of our own negative self suggestions. Negative self talk is the main cause of failed resolutions. These workshops help define realistic resolutions and use hypnotic visualizations to help people realize their wildest dreams.
Smith holds 7 certifications in hypnosis therapy techniques and has used these same techniques to help thousands achieve success in areas that they had “success blockages.” Smith originally got into hypnosis to help family members cope with failures and found out – by experience – that there is a secret formula to getting your mind in the proper framework to succeed. He formulated these simple techniques into the “Self Success System” that is the basis of his workshop program.
Smith says “I’ve had many setbacks in my life and I’ve learned simple techniques that help me crush those feelings of inadequacy and lack. Now I’m giving back to the community with these techniques that use our own minds to re-program success into our daily lives.”
The free workshops will be held at Unity North Atlanta Church at 4255 Sandy Plains Road Marietta, 30066. Unity North recently made news with a winning lotto ticket in the collection basket. This is an open community that embraces the idea of what we hold in our mind becomes our realities. This type of thinking was highlighted in the movie “The Secret”. There will be three workshops, lasting an hour each, starting at 4-5pm, 5:30-6:30pm and 7-8pm. The Self Success System sessions are free for World Hypnotism Day only.
