Why I script differently for a recording:
I’ve done hundreds of sessions with people for depression and holiday blues and I really wanted to take that experience and put it into a home recording that a person can use when they really need it most. But when I tried and tested the scripts, they fell short. Mainly because I was recording it like I was in the room. After many tests, I developed a direct suggestion scripts that really works over a recording. The induction is different and the suggestions are straight forward. There is no background music or sounds to distract and dilute the power of these good suggestions. And I tell you just what the suggestions are at the beginning so there is an area of expectation and no surprises. They work great.
